Covering up for the extremes…

During my 50 days crossing the Antarctic ice I had to cover up all my skin areas to protect myself from head winds – minus tempretures and the strong rays from the sun.

My face mask and ruff became not only a good protection but also created a micro climate for me to endure what ever came at me.
